Shipping Policy

For orders placed before 11:00 a.m. (PST), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Estimated shipment times start from 2-3  full business day after order confirmation. There may be a delay of 1-2 business days for shipping to rural ZIP and Postal Codes and during peak shipping periods or promotional events.

Domestic Standard Shipping is available for most accessory orders and some E-Nano kits. Domestic Standard Shipping utilizes USPS First Class. Transit times range from 2-7 business days.

Domestic Rush Shipping is available for some accessory orders and required for all E-Nano kits. Domestic Rush Shipping utilizes USPS Priority Mail. Transit times range from 2-5 business days.

International Standard Shipping transit times vary greatly.

International Orders

Though we would love to see the E-Nano in every country we cannot guarantee every country will allow packages through their custom offices. We are not able to ship to Russia currently.

Returns, Exchange & Warranty Policy

Orders MUST Be Returned Within 7 Days

All returns and exchanges must be in original (brand new) condition and include all packaging and accessories. EpicVape.com reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of a return or exchange. Items may be returned within 7 days from the original delivery date for a full refund (minus shipping fees).

You must have an authorized RMA number for all returns or exchanges. This will ensure proper processing of your item(s). We are not responsible for items sent to us without an RMA number.

Please start your RMA request from your account page under “Recent Orders”. This is the easiest way and insures we have the correct order your information. Or to fill out the long form to request an RMA.

A representative will email you back within 1-2 business days with an RMA number and a pre-paid shipping label if you are in the USA. Residents outside of the USA will be contacted with further instructions.

Buyers are responsible for all costs associated with the return process when requesting a refund or exchange. Warranty requests are non-transferable and USA customers will not be charged for shipping costs. We strongly recommend you insure your package(s) as we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged while in transit. Non-standard shipping services purchased by the buyer in relation to the original purchase including but not limited to upgraded and international shipping are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. You should expect your refund or exchange to process within one week from the delivery date to us assuming the above conditions are met. That includes credit card and money order refunds and exchanges shipped out. This return policy is only available to customers of the United States and/or Canada. Orders Returned After 7 days

After 7 days there will be no returns or exchanges. We feel that 7 days is ample time to decide whether our products are right for you.

Warranty Repair

Epicevape.com reserves the right to amend this Return Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on this page. As well, Epicvape.com and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason.

DO NOT send the Whip Kit or any glass accessories back after they have been used.
