It may actually be your cord. You can use a standard non-polarized plug to test your Nano, such as one in a dvd player, gaming console, electric shaver, etc..

If the light comes on it indicates your E-Nano plug is faulty and you will need a replacement. You will need to fill out an RMA REQUEST to request a new cord. You will not need to send back in your unit nor will you need to pay for the replacement if you cord is still under warranty.

If your led light is still not functioning, you will want to send in your unit for additional testing.

It may actually be your cord. You can use a standard non-polarized plug to test your Nano, such as one in a dvd player, gaming console, electric shaver, etc.. If the Nano heats up, usually 5 to 10 minutes, it indicates your E-Nano plug is faulty and you will need a replacement. Click here to fill out an RMA and start your warranty process. You will not need to send back in your unit.

In some cases a quick self-repair is all that is needed to get your E-Nano back in working order. We do require customers to fill out an RMA REQUEST before attempting any self-repairs. This is to ensure both your safety and the longevity of your E-Nano. Once we have your RMA REQUEST information we can assist in diagnosing the unit to let you know if a self-repair is an option.

The different wood types (cherry, maple, walnut, fiddleback, crotch, etc.) are for aesthetic purposes only and will not affect the performance. All of our E-Nano’s come with our custom designed 100% ceramic heating element.

Standard Adjustable Stem vs Long Adjustable Stem2018-04-05T22:12:30+00:00

All stems come complete with our exclusive glow-in-the-dark silicone heat guard to protect your fingers and your glass. They are molded in a hexagon shape to prevent the stems from rolling off your table.

The difference in the Standard Adjustable Stem vs Long Adjustable Stem is simply the length.

The Standard Adjustable Stem is 6″ which is included in the E-Nano kit.
The Long Adjustable Stem is 8″ which can help to allow for more cooling of you vapor.

No matter which stem you choose it will work great with the E-Nano!

How do I clean the glass accessories?2018-04-05T23:30:11+00:00

We recommend cleaning the glass stem as often as possible to maintain the best taste from your E-nano. This is easy to do. Simply put the glass back into the original plastic tube that the glass came packaged in (if applicable), and pour 70-90% iso-alcohol (available at any drug store or super market) into the container. Again, be careful not to get any alcohol on wooden portion of the E-Nano itself. Put the top back on and soak the stem until it’s clean. (15-20 minutes should be fine)

Rinse the stem with water, dry, and you’re ready for your next session.

The more often you clean the better the taste.

You can purchase replacement tubes here. If your stem or GonG adapter did not come in a plastic tube you can use a plastic sealing bag.

How do I clean the E-Nano?2018-04-05T23:26:06+00:00

The E-Nano itself should never require heavy cleaning. You can wipe the outside with a damp cloth but never expose the wood to any product that contains alcohol or citrus as this could adversely affect the finish. For the interior metal we suggest using rubbing alcohol and a q-tip.

Choosing the correct size GonG is simple.

Measure the joint diameter on the water pipe where you would normally insert the “bowl” adapter. Standard sizes include 18mm/19mm or 14mm.

No we currently do not offer a 220v plug version. You would need to purchase a 220v to 110v step down converter with a minimum of 50 watts to use the E-Nano. The proper converter will not effect the life of the E-Nano.

What happens if my country refuses the package?2018-04-05T21:49:00+00:00

Though we would love to see the E-Nano in every country in the world we understand that certain regulations prohibit such an achievement.
We will attempt to ship to almost any country (excluding Russia & Germany) but the liability of delivery is the customers responsibility. Once your International order is accepted by our local USPS office we will not refund for undeliverables until the package is returned to our warehouse by the customs office. We understand that this can be inconvenient however, most packages are received with little to no issue. We do supply tracking information with every order so you will be able to track the shipping process and see when it arrives at your local customs/mail office.

In the event your package is held up in customs we suggest having them return the package so we can refund your purchase in a timely manner.

DEFINITIONS

PURCHASING GOODS ONLINE
7. In order to make purchases through the site, the buyer will be requested to register and provide personal details. In particular, buyers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated.

8. When ordering items, the buyer will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

9. When an order is made online, the order confirmation issued by the company clearing the credit/debit card payment does not constitute acceptance of your order by us. We reserve the right to check any discrepancies and an order will only be processed when it is verified by us to be accurate and within the guidelines set forth in these terms.

10. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

11. Any error in the ordering process due to technical or other reasons beyond the seller’s control entitles us not to treat the order as being binding on us.

12. Purchases made on the site are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale. The site displays products, which form its collection. They are normally products that are in stock and available for dispatch, however on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand will sell out quickly. YOUR ORDER
13. Once a choice has been made and the order has been placed, the buyer will receive an email acknowledging the details of the order. This email is NOT an acceptance of the order. Unless the buyer cancels the order in accordance with the seller’s Cancellation Policy, acceptance of the order and completion of the contract between buyer and seller will be perfected when we dispatch the goods to you.

14. The sale contract is therefore concluded in the USA and the language of the contract is English. The contract will be subject to these terms and conditions and governed by US law and the buyer agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the United States Courts in respect to any dispute that may arise under it.

The seller reserves the right not to accept the buyer’s order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment or that the item ordered is out of stock.

PRICE
15. Prices shown on the site are in U.S. Dollars (USD). All prices and offers remain valid and as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on the site at the time the order is accepted will be honored.

16. If the buyer is from outside the United States, the buyer may also incur duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery. Furthermore, a buyer from outside the U.S. may also be subject to higher postage and packaging costs. The seller reserves the right to request additional shipping fees prior to the Goods being dispatched, and to not accept the order should the buyer not fulfill the seller’s requests to pay additional postage and packaging fees.

PAYMENT
17. Payment for Goods and for the cost of packaging and delivery where applicable must be made before the Goods are dispatched.

18. Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card or debit card. In all cases, delivery will not occur until we are satisfied that the payment has cleared.

19. If the issuer of the buyer’s payment card refuses to authorize payment to the seller, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

20. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Paypal, or Authorize.net both are secure online payment platforms that encrypts your card and/or banking details in a secure host environment.

DELIVERY
21. The seller will give the buyer an estimated delivery date for the goods, but no such estimated times or dates provided by us are guaranteed.

22. The seller will arrange for packing according to the method of delivery chosen by the buyer during the checkout process.

23. Should the buyer choose USPS as a method of shipping, responsibility for the purchased goods passes to the buyer at the time USPS takes possession of the good.

24. Should the buyer choose UPS or FED EX as a method of shipping, the responsibility for the purchased goods passes to the buyer when the shipper records “DELIVERED” in their respective tracking information. (currently unavailable)

25. The buyer must check the goods immediately upon delivery and contact the seller if there are any problems with the goods. The buyer must notify the seller within 24 hours of delivery to ensure prompt attention as completed orders are filed away daily.

26. In the case that the goods have been damaged in transit, the buyer must keep all packaging, as this may be required when making a claim.

The seller will not be liable for any loss, damages or penalty resulting from delay in delivery of the goods when such delay is due to causes beyond the reasonable control of the seller, including without limitation, supplier delay, force majeure, act of God, labor unrest, or fire. In any such event, the delivery date will be deemed extended for a period equal to the delay.

CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE
27. The seller’s chief objective is to ensure the buyer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, the buyer is not satisfied with the goods purchased from our website, the buyer has a right to return the product (within 7 working days from the date that product is received.) for an exchange or a store credit that could be used for future purchases. The buyer need not give any reason. The notice of exchange or return has to be made here: Request RMA. In the event of a return or exchange, we require that you return the goods to us at your own cost.

28. Our return address is detailed on your original invoice.

29. The buyer must take reasonable care of all goods in their possession and return them to us, with their original packaging, within 7 days from the date the RMA number was issued.

30. In order to qualify for exchange/store credit, the goods or packaging may not have been used or damaged, and the goods must be returned in their original packaging, and accompanied by all items comprising the product.
